J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH and MAG Mainzer Aufbaugesellschaft mbH are developing another future-oriented office building in the Kisselberg Innovation Park: the new Aareon headquarters - a sustainable building for an inspiring work experience. The cornersone ceremony took place on 12 September.
Aareon announces the acquisition of IESA, Spain’s leading and fast growing software provider for the residential real estate segment.
Aareon fosters a culture that embraces the new and unusual as valuable assets and promotes an inclusive environment in which a sense of belonging is deemed beneficial and productive. The software company underlines this by signing the Diversity Charter “Charta der Vielfalt” in Germany.
Aareon publishes its Annual Report 2022 "Future is a Team". The new Aareon management increased sales revenues to € 308 million and Adjusted EBITDA to € 75 million in the past financial year. M&A activities were successfully continued.
Aareon accelerates expansion in the Netherlands by acquiring Embrace, Dutch market leader in digital workspace and customer engagement SaaS solutions.
