Dr. André Rasquin has been a member of the Management Board of Aareon AG since 1 January 2010. First in charge as Chief Market Officer and Chief Operations Officer he has been Chief Technology Officer since 1 January 2023. He joined Aareon Group in January 2007 as Managing Director of Aareon Deutschland GmbH. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Techem IT Services GmbH from 2002 to 2006 and Managing Director of WIB Consult GmbH from 1998 to 2001. He began his professional career in 1992 at CW Computer Wolff GmbH & Co. KG.

Dr. André Rasquin studied Economics at the Technical University of Dortmund and subsequently received his doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) from the University of Dortmund.
